A gas stunning system for the smaller processor.

About the Gallus Systems stunner:

The current gas stunning systems on the market are designed for the larger processor in mind, requiring sizeable processing speeds per hour to recover the capital and running costs.

These systems are usually :

-       Highly automated.

-       Need the purchase of compatible live bird transport crate systems.

-       Use high levels of gas, requiring Expensive large volume CO2 gas storage facilities.

The Gallus gas unit has been specifically developed for the smaller processor, with design features that are practical, simple, robust, reliable and most importantly features low capital outlay and operational costs.

Features:

-     Use your current module/crate system ( No need to invest in a new module system as we will build to accommodate the system you use to transport your poultry)

-    Low Co2 use due to a unique patent pending system that reduces gas use by up to 66%, (when compared or current systems on the market)

- Small lairage area footprint so usualy no major building modifications are required (as low as  6x3 mt)

- Simple to maintain and reliable due to very few moving parts.

-       Easily serviceable with most parts localy sourced

-       The cycle is completely flexible as is the number of birds per hour .

-       Can be sited inside or outside

-       Different levels of automation are available as options

-       Low running costs

-       Low investment costs

-       Can run off exchangeable co2 bottle banks rather than big expensive fixed installation high pressure storage tank and manifold systems.

- Conforms to current WATOK and RSPCA requirments

The Operation Requirments:

-       One man is needed to load and unload the gassing box.(depending on initial survey automation can be retro fitted as an option if required).

-       Need at least 4 metres height clearance  ( Bespoke design for lower areas are available)
